Staff is so nice. They gave me a table with pushing their limits because I had no reservation. I started with the sauteed mushroom and foie gras in red wine jus. Then I had the sirloin steak, which I was not happy with. Because its so dry as usual. There was no small t-bone steak (more than 1kg) , thats why I couldnt order. House wine is really nice. Toilets are clean. Definitely will visit again. Thank you John.

A very nice spot — clean, welcoming, and with a great atmosphere. They have a good wine selection, and the desserts are definitely worth trying. You can also buy ingredients to take home, almost like a small supermarket and butcher counter. A great place to stop by and enjoy.

Traditional basque food in a classic, lively setting. We tried the txuleta, foie gras with mushrooms, white asparagus, and croquetas (which have been on the menu since the restaurant first opened its doors, 75 years ago!) All dishes were well prepared and flavourful.

Oh man this place was terrific atmosphere and the food was amazing. The steak for the table was out of this world and the plate allowed our large family to cook pieces a bit more if they wanted. The only thing that could have been better is that I had to request the check 3 times (we were tired!). But the food and atmosphere more than made up for that.
