An excellent dinner spot, especially for seafood. The grilled shrimp and calamari were the highlights — very fresh, clean flavors, nothing overdone. Peeling the shrimp by hand feels like part of the experience. The oysters were also good. We finished with a brioche-based dessert and then a jamón ibérico plate; the bread with fresh tomato was surprisingly memorable. The space used to be a shoe store, which gives the restaurant an interesting, slightly unconventional layout. The service spoke limited English but was genuinely warm and attentive, which made the overall experience feel positive

Nice restaurant with great food and good service! Not a lot of small starters, so I opted for a main and desert. Line caught hake with seafood couscous was amazing and the coco loco desert was delicious too. and even though in a busy location very fair prices. I can highly recommend La Palma !

Location, design, great food & friendly staff....and on top appropriately priced......together the right formula for success! From the menu we selected the tuna tartar, the hummus, the leeks and finished it off with (as per recommendation of the waitress) "La Vie en Rose" (strawberry ice cream) Food served was delicious and beautifully presented Wine by the glass was of great quality as well Definitely a venue where we will return and highly recommended to those after a great value for money culinary experience

Part of the charming Bilder Boutique Hotel in Bilbao’s Casco Viejo neighborhood, La Palma is a bustling cafe / Restaurant. We had both breakfast and lunch there and loved the quality of the food and the service. The restaurant is busy throughout the day and night with both locals and tourists.
