Can I give more stars? This is not just a restaurant. (I had the tasting menu with pairing wines). They offer an unforgettable show with flavors, art and texts. The explanations about the food is full of stories and details that you want to hear more. The visual is impeccable, artistic, so creative that you almost feel like not destroying the art. What a great experience and I truly feel that there should be more such restaurants. Perfect intro level to fine dining in a very down to earth atmosphere. There were families with children and the price is very low in comparison to what you get. This is the type of place that will not scare off people afraid of the concept of fine dining. I dont think its michelin star quality but I also feel this is not the intention of the chef. What a great ambassador to fine dining!
