It’s always a great sign when there are more locals than tourists (like myself) dining at the restaurant. Rabo de toro (oxtail stew) was pretty excellent — a must try, the meat falls off the bone, and it melts in your mouth. Pimientos del Padron was delicious too! Vicente served us, he’s very welcoming and friendly. The place has a warm vibe and would come back when I visit again.

Nice classical Spanish taverna, a bit outside the tourist area, good prices, chill, very nice service amd you get one tapa for each drink! 30 euros, 5 drinks, 8 tapas - great value, we definitely preferred this one on a Saturday night, compared to super touristic once neat the mosque.

We ordered codfish with orange salad, ox tail and beef tripe. All very good, especially the codfish salad is very special. Staff very friendly as well. Very nice place for food if you are walking from the train station to the Mosque-Cathedral!
