The absolute best pork cheeks I ever had. And I’m pretty sure I can say I had more than enough to be a good judge on that. Smoked burrata definitely made an impression and pasta was fresh, light and very well balanced. The location slightly out of the way, but definitely worth the trip.

Aylin Art Cuisine was one of our favorite dining experiences while we were in Spain. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting with exceptional lighting and an outstanding aesthetic. There were 3 separate dining areas, and each felt intimate and well thought-out. We ordered wine, tapas and dessert, and each dish impressed us with its flavor and presentation.
