Every bite was delicious and better than the one before it. I cannot recommend this place enough. We had the duck confit bao and the tuna tartare toast. The people working there, including the chef, were delightful and added to our excellent experience.

Maybe it was a language issue but i was waiting for my partner for 20 minutes and the server never paid any attention to me or let me order, even when i stood up and asked for a drink menu. Also, i was under the impression this bar offered some kind of simple snack or tapas with the drink, but my vermouth was in a short glass with big ice and dint come with any tapas. I would go if you are a local and want to order off the menu but not as a tourist

Can’t believe how tasty their breakfast was! The owner took best care of us during every visit. This place stood out the most from our 2-week trip in Andalusia. You can’t get a better value for price anywhere else in western europe. Definitely recommend to try their tostada jamon serrano, croissant de chocolate y cafe con leche!

I left this place thinking this is why I went to Spain. Perhaps the best food/drink experience I had in Spain with my wife. She had a wine and I had a vermouth. We had a burger, salmon toast, and pork toast. I wish I knew what exactly the free tapas were but it was delicious as well. Cheesecake…I thought I knew what good cheesecake was until I had one here. I’ve never had a Basque cheesecake up north but I expect it was Basque. Paul the host and bartender was incredibly friendly. He was very efficient. Ambiance with low level music was great. I wish we had places like Paul’s in the US.
