The ceviche was better than any we have had in Peru, Chile, or anywhere else. The tiramisu was a unique and satisfying end. We would have gone back every day had time allowed.

I had reserved to celebrate my birthday whilst travelling around Europe and must admit El Agua exceeded my expectations :) The food was simply delicious, I had the octopus carpaccio, the tuna belly, the tiramisu and wonderful birthday curtesy desert by the chéf, all of which tasted out of this world.
