Samarcanda is amazing. We’ve been there twice so far and we loved everything we ordered. The food was beautifully cooked, full of flavor and the spices were perfectly balanced... truly heartwarming food. The atmosphere is lovely, especially with the music and the service was perfect. The owner was also the one serving us and he was very charming and welcoming. He helped us choose the right amount of food so we wouldn’t over-order, explained some of the dishes. We also had a chat with him, and he told us a bit about his life in Granada. A really special place!

This was one of my favorite meals in Granada. I have celiac and there were many options for me and the waiter was very helpful in walking me through the menu. I got the hummus, which was served with fresh vegetables for dipping, the lamb tagine with plums and vegetables, and the Lebanese coffee. Everything was delicious and very flavorful.
