The aged Leones beef was absolutely delectable, perfect temperature and rich in marbled flavor and texture, cooked on a open wood burning grill. I had forgotten how incredible a meal of beef could be. I said a prayer for the cow who gave their life for my nourishment, what a notable experience on my visit to Spain from across the ocean.
