Despite having a reservation, we were left standing at the entrance for around 10 minutes because the lady at the door completely ignored us. This already set the tone for the evening. From there, the service only got worse. No English was spoken, communication was exhausting, and the staff appeared overwhelmed, disorganised, and largely uninterested in their guests.
