Mariana Yamashita★If you are not prepared to have delivery apps' orders, don't leave your store open on the app. More than once the wait time for couriers if over 40 mins and we are the ones who always have to deal with unsatisfied customers. The management of how you organize orders to send out has to be better; last night the guy lost a few orders because he dropped the papers on the floor and they got lost.
