My experience has been terrible a few times, but this last time was the last straw. The schedule says they close at 9:00 PM, but I was at the stand at 8:40 PM to order some frozen yogurt. I wouldn't go back even if they gave me the ice cream for free! I should point out that I've eaten llaollao ice cream in other places, so I know exactly how they treat you! I think it's a total rip-off to pay €5 for an ice cream and the seller sprayed it with syrup—she put less than a spoonful on the ice cream because I saw her! When I told her, she said if I wanted more syrup I'd have to pay an extra €0.60, when normally in other llaollao places the syrup is poured at the bottom of the cup, in the middle, and then on top. Although the sign says they close at 11:30 PM, they're already clearing away an hour earlier. Several times they've said "there's no yogurt left" when it's clear there is, while people are eating outside. It seems like they're making excuses to avoid serving customers and closing early. They should respect the hours they advertise.
