Almost passed by thinking it was more for tourists than locals, but we noticed a lot of locals going in on their way to work, so we went in and we were glad we did. Excellent breakfast cafe with all the bakery and sandwich items we desire when in Spain. Very clean, professional, quick and personable service, and coffee like it should be. Wonderful!

Grandier Bakery in Segovia was a wonderful surprise! The pastries and coffee were delicious — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, making it a perfect spot for a break while exploring the city. What truly stood out, though, was the kindness of the staff. I accidentally left my backpack behind, and they not only found it but kept it safe until I returned. Their honesty and care turned a stressful moment into a heartwarming experience. What a delicious pastel de nata was enjoyed by my family! We visited many Graniers while in Spain and this was the only one with the sweet treat. It was fresh and went well with the cafe con leche. The place was busy and little space inside. But the yummy treat made up for the rushed experience.
