All the chicken tasted funny because of the fat it had been cooked in. Left with a terrible after taste in our mouth. Family of 4 all didn't finish half our food and we put it in the bin. Other complaint was the gravy portion that came with a €24.99 mixed bucket was very small

I regularly get a 6 piece bucket take away meal from this KFC. I’ve noticed over the last few weeks that the standard of chicken pieces are declining rapidly. They are usually overcooked and dry and have noticed that I’m getting fobbed off with the worst, smallest chicken pieces they can’t pass on to someone who’s sitting in the restaurant. Suppose it’s easy to fob off someone who won’t notice the quality till they get home and it’s too late to do anything. Won’t be using again.

Food served cold, chicken inside wrap looked disgusting, clearly been lying around all day. I will not eat in this kfc again
