The products and the service are good, but unfortunately this is one of the worst Starbucks stores I have seen in terms of cleanliness. The whole place looked very dirty, with tables full of empty cups, leftover coffee, drinks, food, and trash. There were no clear places for customers to leave waste, so it was almost impossible to find a clean table and enjoy the experience. What surprised me most is that there were around five staff members working at the time, but the store was still in very poor condition. A real shame, because the coffee and service are good, but the cleanliness serious

This specific Starbucks does really well, even though it often gets waves of crowds. The baristas are friendly, attentive, make great drinks, even when busy. They move the line along, and still maintain a clean store. Compared to other Starbucks’ in Barcelona, this location is cleaner and drinks are consistently good. I go out of my way to skip other locations just to go to this specific Starbucks. I don’t often leave reviews but this store and their staff deserve recognition.
