Good evening, I visited this place for the first time, quite close to the center of Lausanne. The atmosphere was great, and the staff was friendly. However, the prices were absurd. We ordered a menu that was supposed to serve two people, but the portion was only enough for one, and we ended up paying 350 francs! I find this outrageous. The menu states 129 francs per person for 600 grams of meat, not 600 grams for two people, which means paying 350 francs for only 300 grams per person? That’s completely unreasonable. I left incredibly disappointed with this restaurant despite it being one of the best rated in the city of Lausanne. Upon arrival, I had received a warm welcome from the manager or head server? (He was quite short and had blond hair). I had been placed at a table which was in front of the Josper oven. In my opinion, no customer should ever sit that close to the kitchen especially with the smell and the smoke having a high chance of reaching your clothes. Five stars without hesitation. What a gem. The T-bone had that heavenly, melt-in-your-soul touch that stops conversation mid-sentence. Appetizers were spot on and genuinely delicious.
