We had a fantastic dining experience this Tuesday night! The subtle fusion of French elegance and a classic steakhouse created a delicate balance, which truly shined through the steak. We could feel the meticulous attention to detail in every bite. Everything from the perfectly creamy soup to the thoughtfully crafted sauces and butter was exceptional. A delightful surprise was the olive brioche—the rich olive flavor was infused throughout the entire bread, not just mixed in. The mind-blowing Double Choco dessert was the perfect finale,not too sweet with a just-right balance🖤 It was absolutely amazing to see how an everyday favorite like a chocolate cookie could be twisted into such a brilliant creation! Hearing Chef Fab’s adorable backstory made us love it even more. Huge thanks to Chef Fab and our wonderful server, Shirley, for such a warm and memorable meal.
