Party hostel, 100%. If your looking for the basic social hostel you'll enjoy it here. I wasn't able to sleep due to the partying both nights I was here, but also made some good friends. It's the classic backpacker scene. The rooms were decent, I liked that most of the share rooms had the pod style beds for more privacy. Each bed had a plug and light/shelf. The mattresses were very firm, which is very common in Tanzania, but had a great pillow. The cleanliness was OK - our room ran out of soap and toilet paper, and the bathroom could have used a good scrub but overall ok. Showers were warm. Restaurant is decent food for an OK price - nothing crazy on either end. The included breakfast was good!

Lovely place to stay. Paid 35,000 for a bed in a 10-person mixed room. You may find there are cheaper places to stay that are more central to Dar es Salaam, however it was super relaxing here with many fellow backpackers who are easy to get along with. Food is good, although also a little pricy. Overall, would recommend if you're looking for a relaxing stay in-between your travels.

I stayed in the five bedroom dorm here. It is definitely much preferred than the larger dorm. We get some fresh air. Really good vibes in the bar area breakfast is amazing. Service is with a smile. Everyone’s super happy and helpful. Met with some people here. Only stayed two nights lots of locals come here to drink and hang out at the bar and they have groovy Fridays at 8 pm So I came back after a week as I love the pls e !! So close to nights out aldd as o Monday night Tios is great

Went there to do some work and study , The vibe was calm and quiet . Soft music was playing , and the service was quick and the servers were polite. Definitely good for a day out of the office. The coffee was great and the food was okay.. Definitely worth my day
