Factory is a café that embraces simplicity and authenticity. With confidence in their craft and a clear vision, it’s no wonder many customers are attracted to their brand. They serve co-fermented coffees in lattes, a practice I believe other cafés should also consider adopting. Convenient Location One of the standout features of Factory is its close proximity to the train station. However, be prepared for a wait of 30 minutes to an hour from the time you line up until you’re served. Hospitality The staff is friendly and offers great hospitality, and their efficient workflow ensures prompt service.

My Never-Fail Coffee Spot in Bangkok Whenever I’m in Bangkok, one place I always find myself returning to is Factory Coffee. I’ve been visiting this café for years—even before the pandemic—and it has never once disappointed. In fact, whenever I stay in Bangkok for about a week, I probably end up here almost every day for at least half of that trip. That alone says a lot about how good this place is. The coffee is consistently excellent. Their offerings are creative, well-crafted, and clearly made with care. Whether you’re ordering a classic or trying one of their signature drinks, you can really taste the quality and precision behind each cup. Their croissants are also fantastic—buttery, flaky, and the perfect pairing with their coffee. The place is popular and often busy, but the experience is always worth it. For me, Factory Coffee has become more than just a café—it’s part of my Bangkok routine every time I visit. If you’re a coffee lover visiting the city, this is absolutely

Factory Coffee is widely recognized as a champion-level café, and after trying three of their highly acclaimed creative signatures, I can say the hype is completely justified. The level of craftsmanship and the tableside presentation add a wonderful sense of ceremony to the entire experience. Here is a breakdown of the three signature coffees we tried: Supreme: Easily one of the most popular drinks here, and for good reason. It features a concentrated espresso base poured directly tableside over cold, creamy milk. It is beautifully infused with a warm, subtle hint of cinnamon that gives it incredible depth and a velvety, comforting finish. Moscow: A brilliant choice if you love a rich, creamy, and textured coffee. It arrives with a thick, dense, and solid milk foam layer resting flawlessly on a bold espresso base with a touch of chocolate sweetness underneath. It delivers a remarkably smooth, sweet-savory balance with every sip. Phayathai: Named after the local neighborhood, this is

UPDATE: we went back to give it another shot and the coffee is good… I think if your very basic with you coffee order in general try to stay away from speciality because it won’t hit but bean quality is good! First review: We just landed in Bangkok and needed a place to grab coffee. This just happened to be the closest coffee shop to our hotel when we got there. There was a very long line which we were very shocked about it because we did not expect there to be a line for a coffee shop, but when we looked at the reviews that everyone was raving about the coffee so we thought we would stick around we ordered the Honolulu and the Moka! sea salt coffees, and to be honest the coffees were good, but they weren’t amazing. I think if you’re into specialty coffees, then this place is for you to taste how people innovate with different coffee flavors. I am a very basic Americano and or flat white person. I don’t like sweet coffees and I don’t put sugar in my coffee. The aesthetics were very ni

Came here at 8:30 a.m. on Sunday, and there were people queuing at the storefront already. Got my seat 30 minutes later, and the order got served 10-20 minutes after. Ordered their 2 signature drinks, Moscow and Phaya Thai. Both of them are great, depending on preference, as Moscow is so creamy (the bitterness of the coffee almost lost here) and Phaya Thai is fragrant and fruity. Their carrot cake is good, with a nice balance between the sweetness of the cream and the cake; only I’d prefer the cake to be more moist.

Unpaid Truth★★★★

Still the legendary factory coffee ever since it got famous. Back here the second time in BKK. Still the best dirty latte I’ve had (exceptional 5 stars) and steve jobs is an amazing citrusy americano twist. Because it’s that good, queues are long and wait for a table is even longer. You’re lucky if your queue is less than 30 minutes, otherwise it’s pretty standard to wait more than that. The coffee is great but the pressure of the staff waiting for you to leave is also pretty intense. Understandable cause they want the table turnover to be high. -1 star on service and atmosphere for that, otherwise 5 stars for coffee itself. Overall, def worth a try if you’re in BKK.

If you’re into coffee, Factory Coffee Bangkok is one of those places you’ll probably hear about before you even land in Bangkok. It’s not just hype — the founder, Athip Archalerttrakool (Buu), is a multi-time Thailand barista champion and has placed globally, so the coffee here is genuinely backed by strong technique, not just branding. That’s also why the place is always busy — it’s a mix of serious coffee people and casual visitors who just want a good cup and a nice space. There are actually two spaces — the original one feels more compact, a bit industrial, slightly edgy with metal and wood textures, The system is quite straightforward: queue then go in, order and pay at the counter. If you come early morning on weekdays, it’s quite manageable, but weekends or afternoons can easily mean a 15–30 minute wait. Coffee-wise, they’re known for both solid fundamentals and creative drinks. Beans are roasted in-house, so flavours are quite layered. Some of their signature drinks are quit

Had an excellent experience at Factory Coffee — visited twice during the trip and it was consistently amazing both times. Their signature drinks really stood out, especially the Mr. Cold, Factory White, and Moscow, all packed with unique flavors and incredibly well-balanced. Every cup felt creative without losing the quality of the coffee itself. The baristas were skilled, the service was efficient despite the crowd, and the café atmosphere had that energetic specialty coffee vibe Bangkok does so well. Definitely one of the must-visit coffee spots in the city.
