The place currently seems slightly hard to find as there is work going on the road. Had gone there for dinner. When we reached around 10.45pm, the tables were full on the ground floor. We were given a table upstairs. We ordered Spaghetti and Glass Noodle salad. Basically ordered vegetarian dishes only. Both tasted amazing. The spaghetti was creamy and perfectly bland. Glass noodles was flavourful and juicy. Fresh veggies made the difference. We actually had to wait for 30-40mins for the dishes. But it all flew past when the dishes arrived and they were sweet enough to dive us an additional Mango Sticky rice on the house. Would definitely recommend (have good vegetarian/vegan options) and would go back if it is ever possible.

Found this hidden gem on a Google search 10 mins walk from our hotel. Unfortunately for them it's hidden from sight at the minute by construction work, but this in no way detracts from the atmosphere inside. Upon entering you scan a bar code to bring up the menu (join the WiFi network first of all) and choose your preferences. We ordered Tom Yum with rice, Chicken Pad Kra Pow and stirfired Morning Glory with Garlic. Everything was delicious, but in true Thai style all dishes came out at different times. The staff who served us were from Myanmar and spoke very little English but with the help of Google translate and lots of smiles between us, we managed just fine. Food was good, staff were lovely. A great find in the heart of Phayathai.

So wonderful that we found this restaurant “Jasmine Siam Kitchen”. The hospitality was Genuine. The Food was very delicious, we could taste the fresh ingredients. The price point was perfect. We had the Pad Kaprao Chicken+Fried Egg on Rice and Tom Yum Noodles Chicken. Both dishes were amazing. The Tom Yum had the classic balance of soreness and sweetness. Actually the Tom Yum could be shaired if you add the eggs over rice side dish. Khop Khun khrup 🙏🏽 for a wonderful and memorable meal.

Bangkok visit - I found Jasmine Siam Kitchen close to my hotel on the first day of my trip. It’s a small eatery, and when I first walked in around 2 pm, there weren’t many people, which made me a little skeptical. But I’m so glad I gave it a try. I ordered the Beef Pad Karpao and it was incredibly flavorful and perfectly cooked. During my five-day trip, I went back at least four more times and tried the Shrimp Tom Yum soup, Mango Salad, Shrimp Pad Thai, and Beef Green Curry — every dish was consistently delicious and well-balanced. Dinner time was busy and lively. The two servers were very respectful and cheerful, taking the time to explain everything on the menu, and one day the cook even came by to check on me. They even let me charge my phone there, and there was WiFi available, which was a nice bonus. It turned out to be one of the highlights of my trip. Cheers to great food and warm hospitality!

I went for a late dinner and was grateful for the well-labeled vegan and vegetarian menus. I enjoyed the papaya salad—very tasty and not spicy. Next time, I’d ask for it to be spicy. I also enjoyed a small mango sticky rice. Staff were very welcoming and the restaurant was comfortable. It felt like the owner put a lot of care goes into this restaurant.

We were so happy that despite the major roadworks outside, the restaurant is still open. We were here two years ago last and absolutely loved the food. We wanted to come back and thank goodness we were not put off by the roadworks. Jasmine welcomed us warmly and the food was as amazing as we remembered. We were offered complimentary watermelon as soon as we sat down, which was a really nice touch. We ordered shrimp spring rolls which were so flavoursome and not at all oily. We then had vegetable omelette with rice and fried chicken with rice and papaya salad. So so delicious! And the service was so attentive. Please please do not be put off by the roadworks, the restaurant is open and ready to serve up some delicious food. Thank you Jasmine and the staff for a lovely late lunch experience. We look forward to visiting again on our next trip to Bangkok
