My favourite Black Sheep Coffee shop is definitely the one in Union Square. The coffee is consistently excellent, far better than many of the usual chains, and it’s become my regular stop whenever I’m in the centre. The atmosphere is relaxed, the seating area is comfortable, and it’s a great place to sit and watch the world go by with a good flat white with the Blue Volcano bean. The only downside is that tables are often left uncleared for too long, especially during busy periods. On more than one visit I’ve had to move cups or wipe down a table myself before sitting down. Amazing experience at Black Sheep Coffee today thanks to Josh. He went above and beyond - offering our dog Millie a puppuccino and water, being incredibly attentive, and even giving us a free toastie that would have gone to waste. My favorite coffee shop of the mall area ones. Always feel comfortable. Low-key happy vibes. Great customer service. Hello all, While in Scotland we visited this cafe almost every morning. From our hotel there are two of these cafes. One is located inside of Union Square mall the other is on the corner up the street off Union street, both are great. You order your food from one of several kiosks situated in the front of the restaurant. I'd honestly recommend about anything off of the menu but we mostly had the ham & cheese croissant and my wife would have a strawberry smoothie while I just had bottled water.
