I want to leave a review for Ellem at BlackRock today because she showed exceptional kindness and professionalism during an uncomfortable situation. I was trying to use the women’s bathroom when a man (who was not a customer) was inside and had not locked the door. After I left, he repeatedly shouted at me “Chinese” in a rude and loud way.
