We were up from England for the weekend and fancied a chippy. How lucky were we that this was the local. This is the best fish and chips we have ever had, by a country mile. The place was full which is a good sign. Despite having 10+ people ahead of me the service was really quick and very friendly even though they were rushed off their feet. There was a wide selection of fish fillets to choose from. We had angel cut haddock in batter with chips and curry sauce. A great chippy, great selection of food. You won't be disappointed with anything from here. The above statement I stand by, this is a piece I am adding on after another visit. Most of the staff are good but some need to smile more and stop making it plainly obvious when they are not in the best of moods. Customer service makes all the difference!!!!
