We went there for the first time and had a very bad experience. We ordered watermelon juice which they did not serve. We ordered a coleslaw salad which they forgot to serve and it tasted old. The staff cleaned the floor next to where we sat down to eat which did not follow the hygiene rules.

KFC food is fantastic but in barking branch staff are not friendly and their service is very poor! No one wants to serve till if call them they always ignore customer and show them kiosk! It’s true kiosk is more independent and easy but some time offer not coming on kiosk and try to get service from till but most of customers are having issues with staff! Atmosphere:😡 toilets always shut or out of service!

They be serving burnt and smelly food and no1 is there to hold them accountable. Its like paying to buy food which going straight to bin or if u eating it to getting sick 100%. Burger was extremely hard to chew and had smell to it n also had a burnt taste which stopped me from eating after the 1st bite. Never ordering anything from this place ever again in my life.
