Excellent service. We were a large friends and young children party. Arrived around 3pm, after the busy lunch. They were low on staff, but still couldn't do enough for us. Kids were kept busy with hats, colouring paper and crayons. Everyone left full, happy and the bill was very reasonable. Especially after we used the kids eat for free option from the official app.

Pizza express need to take a long hard look at themselves if this is the level of service for a restaurant these days. Pre booked for 630pm for a birthday meal on a Sunday night. We arrived to a half empty restaurant, which didn’t seem overly busy. Wasn’t acknowledged at the door and stood there waiting. Tried flagging down what looked like a supervisor or manager and was then asked to wait further as she was busy - she clearly wasn’t busy, the restaurant was half full on a Sunday night. Eventually after letting her know we had a booking, we were then told it could be a 30min wait for foo

I think it is unacceptable to send food out like this. I spent nearly £50 and received everything cold, the hot honey dough balls were slushy and had leaked chilli sauce everywhere and the calamari was just awful, it was burnt on one side, hard and stale like it had been left in an oven for hours. First and last time I will ever order food from here, it’s just disgraceful !

Shocking service and little to no atmosphere at all! For what is supposed to be a premium pizza brand, I would most certainly not return to this restaurant!! Food was mediocre and not at all as advertised, and I had to on numerous occasions flag someone, due to lack of service and preparedness of this store. Loyalty app was all incorrect due to waitress error and had to ask manager twice to rectify. Easiest part was paying online and leaving!!!
