I ordered mac and cheese from this branch Mac and wings by pizza express through Deliveroo and had a really disappointing experience. The mac and cheese arrived looking like it had already been eaten — the sauce wasn’t even mixed with the macaroni and the whole dish was cold. The portion size was also extremely small; I finished it in about five bites. On top of that, the delivery took much longer than expected. The app estimated around 20 minutes but it actually took over 45 minutes. I tried contacting them about the issue but my message was completely ignored, which made the experience eve

I would give -5 for service if i could. Absolutely shocking service this evening. Asked for table for 2 but we hadn't booked a table, the waitress gave us 2 menus and told us to sit outside. If you booked a table they would happily see you to a table. After 20 mins of waiting I had to ask a member of staff who was clearing table if anyone is serving. Just before, another couple had got up and left, fed up of waiting. He took our order and 5 mins later drinks and dough balls came. Lovely experience Enzo looked after us really nicely. Decided to try the lunch time offer! The offer wasn’t very clear which I feel could be off putting but Enzo explained nicely when I asked. 🙂 Portion sizes are good and food tastes great! The food arrived quickly and the service was effortless! Thank you.
