We visited Itsu at Bicester Village Shopping Center for the first time today and enjoyed a meal. It had been over a year since our last visit to an Itsu, so it was nice to enjoy their flavors again. The staff was courteous. The tables need more regular cleaning. We sat at a table near the entrance that hadn't been cleaned yet, so we cleaned it ourselves. Shortly after, a staff member came around and cleaned the nearby tables. It's reassuring to see they follow proper sanitation practices that meet food safety standards. Itsu is a great option for unwinding after exploring Bicester—whether you’re just looking to grab a drink, grab a bite, or have lunch. With a wide variety of dishes like teriyaki curry and Thai noodles, Itsu is very welcoming to Asian tourists like me. Fast service and affordable prices keep Itsu bustling with customers. Fortunately, they provide plenty of space and proper tables. In my opinion, it’s one of the safest dining options in all of Bicester Village. Highly recommended!

Food was generally good overall, but the “Korean Spicy Noodles” were very disappointing. They were neither Korean nor spicy. As a Korean, I can say this dish doesn’t represent Korean flavors or Korean noodles at all. I’d strongly recommend changing the menu name because it creates the wrong expectation. Also, the dish was overloaded with coriander (cilantro), which is not a commonly used ingredient in most Korean dishes. Calling this “Korean Spicy Noodles” felt very misleading. Please give me my Korean spicy noodles back! 😅
