A 2 minute walk from Premier Inn Bideford, convenience won out over gourmet last night. Considering the long line of cars in the drive through, food came out relatively quickly. It’s Macky D’s. Food will never resemble the photos but it fills a spot

If ordering food on the app you need to be aware that after a certain time their systems reset so they can’t take orders despite the fact I have placed and paid for an order to collect and it states they start preparing your order when you’re close, i was asked to wait until the systems were reset. I completely understand procedures but this should be stated when ordering that you cannot place or collect an order in that period of time. Unhelpful when you’ve ordered to collect to avoid this in the first place

This branch has gone downhill recently, came in because we were hungry due to being busy otherwise would have gone to Barnstaple. Ordering screens on the blink, No Milkshakes AGAIN. Food came really quickly, chips were cold and had a hair in them, big Mac looked really sad and was dry,cold and Flacid, Apple pie which is usually hotter than the sun was cold also. Oh well it has taught me one thing, on the very odd occasion we get to take the kids for a Happy Meal, make the effort to drive down to Barnstaple, Wife's food was cold, Happy Meal seemed ok. Not very busy order 011 at 1511. No milk shakes, fries were dry and stale tasting obviously sat under the lamps for to long, the rolls were stale, and the burgers pates looked dry and just warm, they were only good for one thing and that was the bin. Staff were fine, the two stars is for them This is the worst Mc Donald's l have been to, l will never come back again.
