I have just been into Costa after a very hard challenging day (Funeral care worker) and received my coffee with a message on the lid saying "incase you didnt know you are great" this has touched me and i think its an incredible thing costa are doing to show kindness - Thank you so much costa staff i really hope everyone appreciates thoses messages as much as i did.

Decided to have a small something this afternoon as was mildly peckish but I had a meal out tonight, I ordered Chai Latte with Oat Milk and a Toasted Teacake. Only reason for the 3 star is I believe you need a 3rd pack of butter I believe 2 gives you too much dry teacake but 4 would be too many, the chai was nice but needed to be stronger Chai taste was a bit weak. Other than that quiet nice place.

I have now completely converted into a Costa coffee girl :) and it’s mainly thanks to the amazing people that work there, their service is absolutely amazing and they ALWAYS have a smile everytime I see them:) Mocha especially! Max, Natalie and Imrad really make my day every morning, I now go most mornings and look forward to a lovely coffee and a lovely chat with the team.
