The staff were so helpful and the meetings beforehand so straightforward to help us plan. Drinks prices were spot on. Had a pa system and all.
Rick G★Easily the grimmest bar in King’s Heath. The place smells musty, is falling apart, and almost everything you touch is either sticky, stained, or just plain filthy. Just when you think it can’t get any more minging, the stench from the toilets is so bad it makes your nose sting. We left after one drink.

Saw Ziggie Paul IV and trio play Hendrix and Clapton duelling with Tony Mac... WOW. and some Elvis with guest harmonica player . This time, the band was The Frenzies! Rocknroll .. Here in April 2026, still a great place to go to hear good music and drink one of the excellent draught beers. Great atmosphere!
Jacquii Cann★★★★★Fabulous Place to visit.... Quirky in the sense that is has different rooms, looks small from the outside...rather like a tardis! The food is really good, staff are great, toilets are clean. They have live music. Fantastic outside area too. Well worth a visit.
