After experiencing Timmys in Canada, I was hoping it would be just as good in the UK. Had the festive double beef stuffing burger, with lattice fries, large French vanilla latte and a festive chicken stuffing burger. Everything was absolutely delicious. It didn't taste like fast food. It wasn't fast food. Have to say, as good as Canada. Not much seating downstairs. A beautiful seating area upstairs, but sadly no lifts, so we had to dismantle the pushchair and carry everything up, which was a hassle. Should have more seating downstairs other than just a couple of tables, because otherwise it's

the atmosphere in the place is pretty good and i wouldn’t say that the place itself is dirty but their food is absolutely rank…it’s no wonder people mostly come here to do work and not buy anything to eat. i asked one of the staff for a water refill and they turned around and proceeded to pour me drinking water from a tap labelled “water to be used only for hand wash”…safe to say i did not drink the water. Their food always looks stale and tastes it too, I have no idea why people actually come to have their meals here.

When I see and found one Tim Hortons I go there immediately, make really good burgers and the fries is beat the best, service not to fast, but to the good work need the time.

The coffee was OK. To be honest, that’s the only good thing we can say about the whole experience. The restaurant was poorly staffed with pleasant waiting staff being overworked. The restaurant was understocked with no skimmed milk. The restaurant bathrooms were locked by a passcode. Once in the bathrooms were dirty with the added frisson of danger from sharps bins. The hand washer bled stagnant water back in my face. The food was disgusted mass produced corporate slop. Homogenous, texture less, tasteless and soul-less egg, under seasoned and unloved. If it wasn’t put in a microwave from froz
