First off, nice food, can imagine service is slow when busy (got the before it got busy) and seating options are nice. I had a Bacon Double Cheeseburger (very good), Hot Honey and Ham Hock Lattice Fries (liked the ham hock instead of bacon, perhaps a little more hot honey) and a Chocolate Brownie Milkshake (possibly the best milkshake I've had for a long time). I later went back and had a Double Double (decent, bit over-hyped) and mixed 10 Timbits. -I'm here, so do it, do it all 🙂 The choice of music was decent and at a volume you don't have to shout over. I am uncertain about what to anticipate. My husband and I visited many years ago when it first opened, and we did not find it enjoyable at that time. I recently ordered a drink and a ham and cheese toastie, and unfortunately, neither was pleasant. The milkshake tasted as though the milk was spoiled, and the toastie was also unsatisfactory. I took one bite and was unable to consume any more. I have also paid for additional parking as I am meeting family here. Firstly i got my order after one hour. Extremely disappointed.The food arrived cold,the food looked nothing like the promotional photos. The donuts were messy. The caramel ones were soggy and falling apart, and the chocolate ones were iy it just a sticky mess. Everything tasted heavy and greasy rather than fresh.The portion of fries was much smaller than expected for the price even fries were also soggy and overloaded with sauce, which made them even worse.Overall, poor quality, small portions, and not worth the money. I won’t be ordering again.

We were served by Badrul today and he was fantastic, so friendly and helpful. Excellent customer service from him. The new menu was incredible with the banoffee range, Tim’s definitely need to keep this one on the menu or at least bring it back regularly as we will coming back just for this. So delicious!
