Disappointing visit. The food that arrived at our table was badly burnt (as shown in the photos), and it genuinely felt like no one involved cared. The chef clearly saw this before it was sent out, and the waitress delivered it without comment or concern. What made it worse was that the restaurant was almost empty, so there was no pressure, no rush, and really no excuse for food leaving the kitchen in that state. The atmosphere was flat and non-existent, which only added to the overall lack of care. We expect better standards from PizzaExpress, especially when it comes to basic quality control

The food was good as expected — it’s PizzaExpress after all. However, the service was very disappointing. We had to wait a long time. The staff never came to check if everything was okay. On at least three occasions, they walked past our table without stopping, even though I tried to get their attention to order something else. I wanted to order another pizza, but the wait was too long. When we arrived, we were told there would be around a 30-minute wait to be served, which was understandable. However, the restaurant was not very busy, and this delay seemed to apply to the service itself rat

Kids pasta needs to improve. I know it’s a called Pizza express but kids don’t always want pizza. Meals not great for young kids that want pasta.

Not the pizza express I know. £18 for a pizza I would expect whole pizza to be covered in cheese and more topping. Fortunately we we paying with a voucher. My partner had a pizza which was meant to be half half which clearly wasn't. When asked if the would sort it out they said charge us more. Guess we won't be comeing to this 1 again. Pizza express at tower park much better experience.
