Really disappointing visit. The service was painfully slow from the minute we sat down. Communication was basically non existent, browsed the menu, decided went to order, only to be told, items were unavailable, so we had to choose again, and order all over again. When the food finally turned up, the presentation was a joke. Everything looked incredibly lazy and just slapped on the plate. How else can I describe this place other than a real-life kitchen nightmare? Hand on heart, I used to believe the TV show was just over-dramatic, heavily edited, hyped up, and tailored for entertainment. However, eating at this establishment over the course of two weeks completely changed my opinion. We came here for the first time last weekend after moving to Lincoln a week ago and had to come back again today as it is my husband’s birthday. As last week, the food was lovely and the service was friendly. Sallyann remembered us from last weekend which was nice. This is definitely our go-to breakfast spot now! We will be back to try out lunches and dinners too at some point in the near future.

Haven’t been here for dinner so can’t leave a review about that. Came in for a breakfast here and was very impressed. £10.99 for an all you can eat hot breakfast and that includes continental things and bottomless coffee or tea and juice. Everything was very tasty, can’t fault a thing. Staff very friendly as well. Would recommend to come for breakfast. Will definitely be back.
