If you want anything fresh avoid this shop As our local shop for around one year we are now boycotting this shop as the fruit, veg, and other perishables are often off within a day of buying. I have bought bagged vegetables that are mouldy and had to throw countless items away. The shop clearly do not rotate goods and leave things on the shelf far too long. If you want anything fresh avoid this shop.

Disappointed with manager at Sainsbury's Braintree. I had a parking charge from an overstay of 12 mins. I had taken my mother for a doctor's appointment and then we went to Sainsbury's shopping. Unfortunately she suffers from mild dementia and shopping can sometimes take a while. I'm aware I over stayed but a little compassion doesn't harm? Sainsbury's are perfectly capable of cancelling these. Anyway no parking charge cancellation for me which is a shame as I've always loved a Sainsbury's. 🤔

Done an online order through just eat and come to 10 mins before the order arrived to be told that one item was out of stock why was it not done before i orderd it and paid now have to wait for a refund not happy
