Having previously visited AGED Steakhouse in Crawley several times, I was looking forward to trying it in Brighton as they have relocated. Before visiting, I called to check availability and found the team very helpful and accommodating, which set a positive tone for the experience. Outstanding all around...a truly unique restaurant, and a fantastic meal. The owner, Azam, was so welcoming and clearly justifiably proud of his restaurant. It was great having him show us the beef in the aging coolers and explain the differences and his recommendations. The man knows his steaks, and he cooks them to absolute perfection! Try the Watalappan, a family recipe for a very unique dessert! The service was friendly and attentive, the building was really old and cool, and the food was just all around excellent!
