Visited during heat wave on a Saturday night. The gent serving can communicate in cantonese mandarin and English. Food, my pork trotters lo mein served with soup, and stirred fried morning glory (or wet spinich) and iced red bean drink with milk, can very nice and very authentic Hong Kong taste. My wife said the toliet was clean also. Quick serve with good vibe. Good portion and good taste and Chilli oil available on table side 100/100. Interested that the hygiene rating they out up is 4/5 but it is fine to me tho hope they can improve on that also.

Had an amazing meal at CK Bistro! I’ve been missing authentic Hong Kong–style salt and pepper pork, and I think I just found my new go-to spot whenever I’m craving HK comfort food. Their CK Special Cheesy Baked Pork Chop Rice was absolutely delicious, perfectly baked with cheese, tender pork chop, tomato sauce, and flavorful egg fried rice. Everything tasted just right. Can’t wait to come back and try more dishes!

stumbled upon this place on our stroll around brighton and i’m glad we did. delicious food, quick service, generally clean place and much more spacious than it looks on the outside. i only wish there was some consistency in the food, since my boyfriend and i ordered the same dish but his soup had more spice than mine. but besides that, we had a good meal :)

Had a chilled time here at CK Bistro ! We went for evening Sunday meal and was a lovely atmosphere reminded me of a Hong Kong traditional style restaurant. Boyfriend loved the Ko Fun Beef noodles recommended by our lovely waiter and I had beef brisket noodle soup where the meat was so tender 🤤 portion sizes were great and prices reasonable would recommend for a good hit of authentic Hong Kong cuisine! 🇭🇰 Happy Chinese New Year 🎊
