We went to Embers to celebrate New Year’s Eve - even though the restaurant was busy but the food was very fast! We sat on the bar and it was very entertaining to watch the chefs cooking. The food was exceptional- we loved everything we had and we had an amazing time. We would definitely return again for more! Highly recommended 🥂🥩✨

We had a lovely meal at ember, my partner and I. The food was delicious, the service was warm and welcoming. Its quite a small venue, so if youre looking for somewhere quiet this wouldn't be for you. There was a small mistake with our steak, but the team took great care in looking after us & made sure we left happy. Ill 100% be back for more. Definitely a must visit in Brighton for its wood fired meats and vegetables. Everything that we ordered was excellent, grilled aubergine, grilled hispi cabbage, the steak and the marguez sausages and the desserts , wow! The seats were uncomfortable but otherwise a great place.

We had the 4 meat roast and it was excellent. The pork belly was delicious and the best meat, unfortunately we didn’t like the lamb and mint sausages at all as they were extremely minty. The roast potatoes were the best I’ve ever had, and the Yorkshire pudding and broccoli were also delicious, as was the gravy. The service from Bobby was fantastic, and the atmosphere was really enjoyable. We were seated at the countertop area so had a front view of the fires where they cooked the food in front of you. Strongly recommend.
