This place is my nutritional safe-haven in shopping-frenzied world! I just can't really explain how much taste and flavour there is, alongside variety for all preferences, let alone the thought processes and nutritional studies that I believe must have gone into the menu to provide the level of both quality and fusion on one plate. The slow cooked chicken, where the even bones are chewable, and the smart salad, are my favourites.

Great home made food. Had to ask for menu and then go up and get your food but food was nice enough. Potatoes had chilli flakes on them which was a shame as dont like chilli so couldn’t have any.

My daughter and I are neither vegetarian nor vegan, but after all the Christmas dining we were really craving something fresh and healthy — and Foodilic in Brighton absolutely delivered. The food was incredibly tasty, fresh, and clearly made with care. It’s healthy without being boring or tasteless, which is exactly what I look for. As a huge foodie, I’m pleased to say this is definitely a place I’d recommend to anyone looking for something genuinely delicious as well as nourishing. A great spot for fresh, flavourful food that leaves you feeling good.

I love this place!!! I normally buy a box of their fantastic salads and eat at a bench on the seafront but decided to have a hot dish and eat in. Had the butter bean stew with 3 wonderful salads. Delicious. The salads are all vegetarian and they always have at least one veggie hot dish as well so serves vegetarians/vegans very well.
