Today I visited this McDonald's after calling ahead to ask which toy was being given with the Happy Meal Mario Galaxy promotion. This was for my son, who has already collected Princess Peach, Frog Luigi, and Luma Star, and is eager to complete the set. I specifically asked what was available and was clearly told that Bowser Jr. was being given. Based on that, I travelled around 3 miles in the rain, expecting to get a new toy. I placed an order and, upon receiving it, discovered that three meals were missing. I immediately contacted the store and was initially willing to return and collect the missing items. However, I was met with unhelpful and dismissive staff who refused to provide the missing food, despite the fact that I had already paid for it in full. To make matters worse, the McDonald’s app was not working at the time, leaving me unable to resolve the issue through the usual channel. I was given a contact number by staff, but this number was out of service, which only added to the frustration. The attitude

Food was nice and hot went at 9.50am lots of staff very quiet. Used the toilets how dirty were the toilets hate to know when they had a deep clean the grim and dust terrible. I said to a man a member of staff said the toilets are disgusting dusty and asked when was the last time they had a deep or a clean. He didn't knowledge me once not when even at the start . Won't be using this place again..

Not impressed with the service this morning from a particular staff member. My partner and I went to port talbot and it was shut due to works so we came to this one a bit further down the road, did our order through the drive through, paid and waited as you do. The last window the guy said an order to me, I just heard breakfast meals and said yes, realised it wasn’t our order and said sorry we have a different order so he took the bag back and went to get our order.
