I ordered kaspers on friday and they are charging £14 for a small mini egg crunch cake. there was barely cake inside it was just filled with the cornflakes filling. i also got the tiramisu and it was the most hideous thing ever. The biscuits were falling off and one bite made me feel like i was having a spoonful of coffee powder. it was so bitter and it did not give tiramisu at all. this was a waste of money. if you are ordering it from a delivery app i suggest you don’t. i don’t think this company values delivery at all ive been to kaspers many times and only have gotten the waffles and those

Sent me two completely FROZEN cheesecakes and felt that it was acceptable. Absolutely disgusting. What type of business does something like this? Disgraceful. I will never order from here again. I had to get a refund from Deliveroo because of sheer stupidity. It’s common sense that if you send FROZEN cheesecakes, they couldn’t be eaten but you didn’t care and sent them any way. I hope Deliveroo fine you. Shameful dessert restaurant.

He made us 2 amazing waffles topped with a topping of choice to perfection with a tantalising presentation.
