PAULA EDWARDS★Absolutely awful place! Forced to use the 'self serve'. Waited ages for staff to ok my drink. They preferred to walk away as if they hadn't seen me! Then rolled their eyes when asked to repaper the 'coupon' printer machine! Needless to say, lost my money off coupon that should have printed! It couldn't be reprinted, so lost it! A manager was called, equally as unhelpful! Please,please employ staff that actually want to be there & help customers! You do pay them....surely not just to walkabout????!!!
