While the ambiance was pleasant, the bubble tea fell far short of expectations—it was the worst I've ever tasted. I'm now kicking myself for not researching bubble tea reviews beforehand, blindly trusting the star rating. Despite the menu listing a price of £3.50, I ended up paying £4.70, and to compound the disappointment, the drink was lukewarm. While not as terrible as some have claimed, it's certainly overpriced for the mediocre taste.

My children were quite keen on getting a bubble tea and luckily we found this place. The staff was very attentive and patient to our requests (yes my kids were quite clear on what they wanted). Overall the place is small but the taste is really good, the service as mentioned is really good and the value for money is very positive.

Honestly wanted to like the place but couldn’t because even with waffles and hot chocolate looking really good, a sticky table and unpleasantly smelling towel a waiter ‘cleaned’ it with ruined the place for me. Pros 1. Big, and I mean BIG portions, waffles are enormous and sinfully loaded with chocolate/caramel/different toppings 2. An adorable doggo called Levy - he slept and snored while my friends were enjoying the waffles. I wanted to pet him but was afraid to disturb the good boy ☺️ 3. Nice and friendly staff. They were kind to let us stay and chat for quite a long time after we were done

Visited in 2017! Definitely recommended!! One of the male staffs was so friendly and of course their waffles were soothing to our eyes, mouths and stomachs too! We were high schoolers from Japan back then and it was really nice to talk to one staff in English!
