Coffee was good. Croissant was stale. Staff were disinterested and 'played around' with my cup while awaiting the drip to finish. I sincerely hope he had clean hands after his juggling performance. Starbucks nearby was full, Costa was 40%. I can understand why.

I had a Latte from this Costa Coffee and it was a very disappointing experience. I expected good quality since it is a well known brand, but the tables were dirty and looked like they had not been cleaned for days. The customer service was poor and the latte was even worse. It was not steamed properly and looked more like soapy water with lots of bubbles. It did not taste like milk coffee at all, more like water. Overall, one of the worst experiences I have had at a Costa Coffee. 🫤👎🏽

Ordered an Ube hot chocolate today (7th March) and it was an awful experience. All three members of staff were miserable, like they didn't want to be there. One member of the team, clearly didn't shower. I could smell body odor as he was stacking the fridge. He threw a cardboard case of sandwiches on the counter in front of me while I was waiting for my drink. When I didn't eventually get my drink, it wasn't hot! Disappointed with the overall experience.
