My first time visiting this store and the staff were thoroughly lovely especially Olly. He was incredibly helpful and generous with his time. I did buy more than I intended but that was because of Olly's help. He wasn't pushy but he did explain about the different chocolates. Although Cambridge isn't somewhere I visit often, I will definitely pop in again and hope the service stays second to none. Thank you Olly

Chris there set us up with some absolutely amazing drinks. The Drinking Chocolate is incredible and the ice cream is truly of the gods. They also got us set up with a royalty account for 20% off so we are DEFINITELY coming again

Had been looking forward to trying it, as have always liked their chocolates. Ordered the Black Forest gateau however, was extremely disappointed with what was served. A watery, tasteless hot chocolate, probably the worst I’ve ever had. Asked what milk I preferred but then said they only made it with skimmed milk which lacked taste or thickness. It wasn’t worth £6, you can get better for half the price in a regular coffee shop.
