A little overpriced for a hot chocolate that tastes like heavily diluted evaporated milk with barely any chocolate taste. The one start is only for the cocoa whip. Those new mugs are very small and it spills all over the place. Would it hurt to put bigger mugs instead?????

Hello neighbour. I work at the hotel Chocolate at Cheshire Oaks and I went to visit your store just recently. Buying three different items I was served by the very charming Joel. I also bumped into one of my colleagues who was helping you out. She was doing a great job as she always does at Cheshire Oaks. I love how cosy and cute your shop interior is and how welcoming the atmosphere is. Do tell your manager that we all say high and that we all think she is doing a fantastic job.
