First visit to Pho Canterbury and I was very impressed. The food was fresh, flavourful, and beautifully presented. I had the vermicelli noodle bowl, which was incredibly refreshing, with fresh herbs, pickled vegetables, and a great balance of flavours. The pho was also excellent, with a rich, comforting broth and tender meat. A special mention to Carlos, who provided great service throughout our visit. He was friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. Overall, a fantastic first experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back.

I’ve been studying in the UK for 4 months, but I’ve probably come to eat at Pho Canterbury more than a million times already 😂 As someone from Thailand, I would honestly say this is one of the best restaurants for me here in Canterbury. Everything is so tasty, especially the Spicy Pho, baby squid, Vietnamese pancake, and the fresh juice mix (spinach, pineapple, lime, cucumber & apple). Excellent food but lacking in the amount of meat present - feedback from all 4 of us was that there was not much meat (although what was there was excellent). We had the king prawn spicy, beef spicy, combo and a chicken. The seafood spring rolls were very nice as well. Only tried the spicy lychee margarita myself, this was very nice. Restaurant was very full on arrival but they found a table very quickly for us. However on leaving it was extremely difficult to catch the attention of any staff member to pay.

I really like to visit here, it's my regular place for my dinner treat. This time I came with my not O little doggy. Luckily they are dog friendly. I was served by Ali, and I really enjoyed how attentive he was with everything I required and very friendly as well. That is how I always prefer to be served. So thank you so much for a very nice service and I'll surely be back to be served again by Mr. Ali. See you soon, Pho.
