One of the better costas around. Staff are really lovely bar a few. Coffee is usually good sometimes tastes like ash but way better when made by the young guy I thinks called Dylan, never had a bad coffee from him. Another lady in there with dark hair is so lovely always running around and being helpful. Only downfall is sometimes closed due to staff shortage or coffee machine problems

Visited with my son today, no queue, and we had to wait for the staff. I was speaking with my son while waiting, and was rudely interrupted by the person serving, with no apology, nor any expression of human emotion, very disrespectful. I won’t be visiting again. I did contact Costa direct via the address provided, but that was a complete waste of time, because no response was ever received.

Good drinks as always from Costa but not enough in the cup for the price you pay. The cup should be filled to the top, half a cup and it feels light for what you pay..
