I ordered a half chicken from Chilly Flames on St Mary Street, Cardiff, and paid £8.99. When I received my order, I was shocked. They gave me only one small piece and said it counted as two pieces. The quantity was very poor for the price. When I asked the staff about it, their attitude was rude and unprofessional. One older man who was not even in uniform spoke badly instead of helping.when i explained him about the issue he told me he not delivering chicken, i didnt knew god has gifted him special power to get pregent and deliver chicken babies for the chilly falmes . I really didn’t like their peri peri wings/strips, the flavour was strange, and not very peri-peri but the burger was quite tasty and the fries were fresh and nice. One of the burgers had two “bottom” pieces of bun which was a shame.
