I recently visited Costa Coffee in Wylde Green, Birmingham to celebrate a birthday, and it was a fantastic experience. The atmosphere was cosy and welcoming, perfect for a relaxed celebration. There’s plenty of space inside, with comfortable chairs that made us feel at ease while we enjoyed our drinks and treats. Parking was hassle-free with up to 2 hours free, which is always a bonus. I often end up at Costa without planning to, and it rarely lets me down. A simple, freshly brewed black coffee with a rich crema aroma always hits the spot. The staff are consistently polite and friendly, which I really appreciate. There is still some room for improvement, but I usually leave feeling satisfied. 😎💐💞

Most of the staffs are rude in this branch. I don't know whether they are racists or its just their personalities to treat customers with ill manner. But as we spend momey, good customers service should come with the price we pay on each cup. Will never buy any thing from them ever again. This day you can buy a cup of coffee anywhere any coner of the roads

Really unhappy with fact paid 20 quid on drink and sit inside for a refreshment me and thile kids. In return I get given plastic cups. Really devalued the reason for sitting inside. Drinks are not enjoyable in plastic cups. Very low quality
